While browsing our online catalogue, when you see an item you want, simply state the quantity and if applicable the colour you want and click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item.  That puts the item into your shopping cart and takes you to the shopping cart page.  There you will be able to view all the items you've added to your cart so far.  You can also change the quantity of each item you've selected, as well as remove items you've changed your mind about.  To shop for more products, click "Continue Shopping".

When you are finished shopping, make sure you have reviewed the contents of the shopping cart.  Once done, click "Checkout" at the bottom of any page or on your 'mini-cart' on the left of your page.  You will be asked to enter your name and address, the delivery address if different and payment information.  When you are satisfied with your order, click "Checkout".  Your order will be processed and distributed as quickly as possible.

2)By E-mail:

For those individuals who may feel somewhat uncomfortable ordering on line, you can e-mail your order requirements to us + the address that you want your items delivered to.  We'll e-mail you straight back with a quotation and our contact information.  As soon as we receive your payment your goods will be delivered straight away.

What is your privacy policy?

You are welcome to visit our website anonymously.  Your personal information is only collected when you place an order with us, like any other on-line website.  We use this information to process your order and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.  When ordering, you will be required to provide us with your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit/debit card number and expiration date.  This will allow us to process and fulfil your order and notify you of your order by email.

Do you make my name and information available to other companies?

ropesandtwines.com will not share or distribute any customer information with any other companies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, Switch and Solo.  We accept payment through Paypal & Worldpay (www.paypal.co.uk).  When taking orders through emails, we will then give you our contact details for cheques to be sent to.  Please make sure all cheques are payable to Timko Limited.

How is my order delivered?

We currently offer weight based delivery on all orders.  So depending on the quantity and weight of orders, the website automatically calculates your delivery costs.  We have a very close relationship with our haulage company and try to keep costs to a minimum.  Delivery times will be normally be three working days.

Can my order be delivered to an address other than my own?

Yes.  You will be asked to fill out your billing address and you delivery address.  If your delivery address is the same as your billing address simply checkoff the box on your screen.  If the delivery address is different, please leave the checkbox blank.  You will then be asked to insert a new delivery address.

What type of confirmation should i expect once I've placed an order?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.  This email will detail what you have ordered.  Please review this information and inform us of any corrections as soon as possible.  When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a second email informing you of this.
